View report sections

Scope and evidence

Subject, school stage, curriculum, evaluation methods and materials reviewed.

Document check status

Mark information as verified, preliminarily checked or pending; distinguish self-reports from verified facts.

Demonstration and classroom observation

Record evidence of subject accuracy, objectives, explanations, interaction, differentiation and assessment.

Evaluation and recommendations

Use the agreed rubric to record strengths, improvement recommendations, evidence gaps and limitations.

School decision and follow-up

The school makes final decisions on campus access and hiring; follow-up support and reassessment are agreed separately.

Responsibilities and service boundaries

Sparrow Education responsibilities

Within the agreed scope, we coordinate teacher matching, recruitment support or academic evaluation, project planning, delivery records and quality reviews, with a named lead and clear milestones.

School responsibilities

The school provides role or project requirements, approvals, facilities, technology, necessary consent and on-site safety. It makes final decisions on interviews, hiring and project acceptance, and arranges payment.

Permissions and final decisions

Activities requiring campus access, permission for foreign teachers to work in mainland China or other regulatory approvals proceed only after applicable conditions are fulfilled. The school retains final hiring and access decisions.

Student data and publicity

Process only necessary project data with agreed access, retention and deletion rules; check applicable procedures before cross-border disclosure. Publicity using school names, logos or personal information requires separate authorisation and content review.

No guarantees of teacher hiring, retention, student scores or project outcomes. Written quotations reflect scope, hours, personnel, delivery methods and third-party costs, with taxes, travel and materials clearly addressed.
