Service process and report structures

A learning process you can see and follow.

The reports below are structural templates showing feedback formats, not actual student reports.

From initial assessment to progress review, classroom observations, learning tasks and teacher feedback help families understand strengths, needs and next steps. Assessment conclusions explain their evidence and limitations; teaching plans adapt to actual learning.

01

Paid initial assessment

Classroom performance, initial skill observations, areas requiring further assessment, and material and teaching recommendations.

02

Learning plan

Current priorities, learning goals, materials and lesson arrangements.

03

Post-lesson feedback

Lesson content, classroom observations, assignments and next-step suggestions.

04

Progress review

Observed development, areas requiring consolidation and goals for the next stage.

Feedback formats, frequency and deliverables follow the written agreement.

Explore report structures

The following are structure templates based on existing service documents. They are not actual student reports and do not promise learning outcomes or examination results.

Paid initial assessment feedback example

Basic information

Learner code, school stage, learning goals, teacher, assessment date and assessment materials.

Classroom observations

Participation, understanding of instructions, independent task completion and support needed.

Initial skill observations

Record strengths and needs only in observed skills; identify skills not assessed and avoid inferring overall ability from one assessment.

Initial teaching plan

Suggested materials, teaching priorities and learning goals, with further diagnostic needs listed separately.

Next steps

Assignments or diagnostic tasks, follow-up observation priorities and information needed from the family.

Post-lesson feedback

Lesson record

Learner code, teacher, date, material pages and lesson topic.

Participation and skill observations

Record lesson-specific observations and task evidence for the listening, speaking, reading or writing skills actually addressed.

Homework review and corrections

Reviewed tasks, key errors and feedback; clearly identify work not reviewed or completed.

Follow-up tasks

Specify task content, material location and expectations, adapted to the learner.

Next-step suggestions

Consolidation needs and the next lesson’s focus; do not claim progress without sufficient evidence.

Progress review

Scope and evidence

Reporting dates, verified completed lessons, materials, teacher records and available learner work.

Progress observations

Use tasks and learner work to describe strengths, development needs and changes; distinguish teacher observations from exam results.

Individual differences

Record each small-group learner’s strengths, needs and goals individually rather than treating shared records as identical outcomes.

Next-stage plan

Set actionable goals, teaching priorities, learning tasks and review arrangements; frequency follows the written plan.

Learner and family feedback

Include learner reflection, family priorities and the teacher’s response to support follow-up.
