How online services work

After initial contact, confirm the actual platform, device and connection requirements, time zone, materials and technical support process. Assessments and lessons are manually confirmed; submitting an enquiry does not trigger payment. Recordings or replay access require separate permission, access and retention arrangements.

Scope and academic integrity

Free initial contact excludes trial lessons, team assessments, full individual plans and formal recruitment work. We do not guarantee admission, scores, visas or hiring, and do not write assessed work or sit examinations for learners. Teacher and subject arrangements depend on capability and availability.

Enquiry information and privacy

Website operator: Sparrow Education. Enquiry forms collect names, contact channels, location and curriculum or project needs for contact, fit and booking coordination. Parents or guardians should submit learner enquiries. Do not submit identity documents, transcripts, student lists or full candidate CVs at first contact.

This page prepares an email draft; form details are not automatically uploaded to the website. After you send your enquiry, Linda will use the details provided for contact and service coordination. Contact us by email or WeCom to discuss subsequent data use, sharing and retention.

For enquiry-data correction, deletion, retention or cross-border-sharing information, contact info@sparrowacademy.com.cn. Where projects require additional data, schools, teachers or other providers, purposes and necessary sharing are explained separately with appropriate authorisation.

Rescheduling, refunds and concerns

Assessment, lesson and institutional project rescheduling, cancellation, refund and recruitment replacement rules are separately confirmed in writing before payment. Families and institutions contact Linda first; Mr. W coordinates academic issues, Mr. A supports curriculum design and Mr. James handles major academic decisions.
